Cancellation Policy

Camp Booking & Refund Policy By booking a place on one of our camps, you agree to the following booking and cancellation terms. Cancellations & Refunds A full refund is available if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the advertised start time of the camp. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a full refund is not guaranteed. Refund requests made within this period will be considered on an individual basis and may result in a partial refund or no refund being offered. Non-Attendance If a participant does not attend the camp and no cancellation notice has been provided, the booking will be treated as a no-show and will not normally be eligible for a refund. Camp Cancellation If we have to cancel a camp, customers will be offered a full refund or, where available, the option to transfer their booking to another suitable camp or date. Booking Responsibility It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and that the participant is available to attend the selected camp. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted this booking and refund policy.
